Founded in 2001 by owner Kevin S. Granshaw, we have a long history of creating the very best for our clients. Kevin has spent his entire life in construction working his way up until finally taking the reins, and creating C.K. Build and Reforms. Our specialists have experience in all construction from domestic, commercial, refurbishments, new builds, and period structures.

Being a family-owned business, we care for your home like our own. Kevin's eldest son is a fully qualified heating and gas engineer and all tradesmen used are trusted and qualified family friends that have all worked together for years. Kevin's youngest son also handles our accounts. This gives a personal touch to our work that you cannot compare.
